Due to repeated spamming, we've made a change.

Guests haven't had the right to write for a long time. and those who registered could write directly. So far, anyway.

From now on, newly registered users must first have their posts activated by moderators. Only when a certain number of posts have been reached and we see that the user is behaving positively will they be given the normal right to write without checking.

Attempted spam posts are also made more difficult because it is no longer possible to use characters such as Chinese, Hindi, Russian. Also, no links will be allowed in the first posts.
